Director, Partnerships, RTC Events ManagementChris works in AECOM's BIM Consulting Practice as a BIM Advisory Lead for the Southern Australia region. Chris' role is heavily focused on helping clients manage information effectively, whether during design, construction or operations. He's an advocate for the Abolition of Acronyms and Vagaries (AAV) in the pursuit of better communication and effective outcomes in an ever-changing environment. Prior to joining AECOM, Chris operated his own BIM consulting firm, assisting many firms in organisational change efforts, systems analysis and design, training programmes and project delivery. He has worked on projects in Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom, using his experience to develop systems and processes for numerous organisations. Chris desperately hopes to one day cease his involvement in extra-curricular activities... though hopes his BILT commitments aren’t among those.

Speaker ManagerClay Hickling has been working with GHD for over a decade as an architectural and civil designer/documenter. GHD, being a multidiscipline Architecture and Engineering firm adopted Revit quite sometime ago. Clay is part of an internal development team coordinating the implementation of all the Revit flavours thru the various parts of the GHD business, his focus being Architecture. This entails training, development and technical support. Recently Clay was involved in the startup of a BIM user group called BrisBIM.With the motto of working smarter and not harder Clay enjoys sharing knowledge with others and enjoys the meeting people in the RTC community. Outside of this environment Clay spends as much time as he can on the golf course and riding the bike.
Marketing ManagerCeilidh's specialty is work - both the places we work and the way we work. Ceilidh works across workplace strategy and design, delivering workplace projects from as small as 5 people through to upwards of 1000 people. She is involved across all project phases from proposal stage through to post construction. She also has experience across a wide range of sectors including government, laboratories, healthcare and transport. Ceilidh was an early adopter of Revit for interior design and is a well known presenter at RTC. You might also know her alter ego "Stu BIMinions". Outside of work, Ceilidh researches, writes and speculates on the future of work - both as a place and the processes of working within the AEC industry - and the impacts of technology upon both. Fulton Trotter Architects
Stream LeadNathan Hildebrandt is a Director at Fulton Trotter Architects in Australia. He is a Registered Architect and has worked on over 50 projects in the Aged Care, Education, Community and Sport and Recreation sectors. He also leads the Fulton Trotter Digital brand that assists in the briefing, specification and documentation and information management services for asset owners.
A highly regarded expert in using ARCHICAD and openBIM processes, Nathan has presented at over 30 events across Australia, North America and Europe. He is Stream Lead for BILT ANZ, Chair of BrisBIM, Chair of ACA QLD | NT / AIA QLD BIM Taskforce, and as a member for buildingSMART Australasia leading the presentation series for 2018. Nathan has also won the BIMshow Live, Rob Jackson openBIM award in 2018.

Associate MemberAs the National BIM Manager at Jasmax, Melanie leads the strategic direction of BIM and ensures its integration in Jasmax projects. Melanie’s passion for developing systems and protocols to enhance the delivery of projects has aided the increased efficiency of BIM across the practice, and she generously extends her own knowledge back into industry. Based on her experiences and extensive BIM knowledge, Melanie has seen that the New Zealand construction industry can benefit significantly from the adoption of working in a collaborative BIM environment. She continues to be an active committee member on New Zealand's regional BIM user groups, is on the NZIA BIM working group along with being a key contributor to the development of the New Zealand BIM handbook.

Region Chairman, AsiaA Sydney-based architect, Wesley is the founder of RTC Events Management. As a long-term user and advocate of BIM (starting with ArchiCAD in 1996), Wesley has been speaking and teaching in the field since starting to play with a pre-release version of Revit.
