T Minus Two Weeks!!
Well, we have a lot to be excited about this year. I’d like to point out a few new developments that you may not be aware of:
New Streams – Estimating, Planning & Construction
This year RTC has new streams geared towards the needs of quantity surveyors, estimators and construction planners. For those wrestling with 4D or 5D BIM, not sure what to ask for from design teams, or how to get it from them – come and learn how quantity surveyors, estimators, planners and construction managers actually gain genuine benefit from BIM. We have a great line up of speakers from Lendlease, AECOM, Mitchell Brandtman, Solid Support and CIMIC Group, among others.
More details on the new streams can be found here. If you are registered to attend RTC Australasia and would like to join some of these sessions, please log in and modify your registration – note you can only do this until Wednesday 4 May. And don’t let your friends or project team members miss out – make sure they are going, too!
If you’re registered to attend RTC Australasia or ARCHICON, start working on your Competition entries… fancy your project as something of a ground-breaker? Has one of your project teams achieved something remarkable? Have you solved some design or construction problem that has provided significant benefits to the project, team and/or client?
Our competition seeks to reward such efforts. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an architect, engineer, builder or subcontractor or whether you work for a large or small company or if your software of choice is Revit or ArchiCAD. All competition entries are anonymous and voted on by fellow attendees. With great prizes on offer to the winners and runner up within four categories – thanks to CADLearning for sponsoring this great opportunity again in 2016.
Accommodation almost FULL
If you haven’t yet registered to RTC Australasia or ARCHICON and plan on registering, please don’t delay. We are very close to capacity at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. Register here to guarantee your accommodation.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Hunter Valley in just two short weeks.
