RTC Events ManagementA Sydney-based architect, Wesley is the founder of RTC Events Management and the RTC Event series. As a long term user and advocate of BIM, Wesley has been speaking and teaching in the field since starting to work with ArchiCAD and then Revit in the late 1990’s. Wesley has worked directly with Autodesk on Revit development and implementation, built content for manufacturers and end-users, and has implemented multiple BIM tools into well over 300 practices throughout South-East Asia and beyond.
Wesley is a regular speaker at events across Australia and overseas talking about technology, Integrated Practice, and facilities management. He founded (and chaired for 5 years) the Revit User Group, Sydney; teaches design, BIM, and architectural technologies at the University of New South Wales, in Sydney, Australia, and remains active in architectural practice and smart cities development globally.

Grundfos Holding A/SBased in Aarhus, Denmark, Marcus Fich, is the Global Business Development Manager for pump manufacturer Grundfos’ strategic projects within Building Services. As a serial intrapreneur his mission is to make Grundfos the easiest pump company to work with through digital tools. He is an avid global speaker on the perceived challenges of providing a global BIM offering and how to overcome them - spicing up his talks with great deals of humor and provocative statements.He is also a member of the BuildingContentSummit (BCS) Steering Committee and is involved in organizations like ASHRAE, Europump, BIMMEPaus and ISO. Being exceptionally passionate about all things digital, he has worked with innovation and incubation of new products and business models. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and International Business from Aarhus University’s School of Business and Social Sciences - and brews beer in his sparetime.
Speaker ManagerBorn in Austria too long ago to remember, Martin graduated as an Architect from Technical University Graz, Austria in 1987 and practiced in Austria, Germany and Brazil through 1999. At that time he joined Autodesk briefly, then moved to the fledgling Revit Technology Corporation in 2001, before getting reabsorbed by Autodesk with its purchase of Revit the following year. He worked as a product designer and product manager on Revit in multiple geographies including both Japan and Australia, before joining a new technologies based architectural and consulting practice in the Netherlands in 2007, LivingRoomCraftz (www.livingroomcraftz.com). Martin has spoken at numerous conferences including RTC, is an author, blogger, and itinerant Mac fanatic whose deep technical expertise in many of the most complex BIM tools has him in high demand throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
Region Manager, EuropeSilvia Taurer is the founder, owner and director of LivingRoomCraftZ, a consultancy at the forefront of BIM technologies.Evangelising BIM, she inspires LivingRoomCraftZ to maximise and optimize BIM workflow and management practices in content and efficiency.In her role as BILT Region Manager she is a key contributor in planning BILT Europe and is the primary local contact for all RTC activities throughout Europe.Coming from an international background, Silvia speaks fluent German, Dutch and English, conversational level French and basic level Spanish and Japanese.
The Ant GroupJim Balding is a licensed architect with more than 25 years’ experience integrating technology into the architectural field. Jim earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has been a member of the Autodesk Revit Architecture Client Advisory Board since its inaugural meeting, and served as the Revit Product Chair for AUGI for five years. He also founded and served as the South Coast Revit Users Group (SCRUG) president for five years.
Jim has spoken at several technology conferences and is one of the top-rated speakers at Autodesk University. He has developed a successful Autodesk Revit Architecture implementation strategy that has been adopted by some of the top architectural firms in the world. Jim has recently launched his own architectural and design technology firm - The ANT Group.
Global Director, PartnershipsChris is BIM Lead for southern Australia, as part of AECOM’s BIM Advisory team. He works closely with a range of building and infrastructure clients to leverage information to their advantage, during design, construction and operational phases of their facilities.
