Region Chairman, AsiaA Sydney-based architect, Wesley is the founder of RTC Events Management. As a long-term user and advocate of BIM (starting with ArchiCAD in 1996), Wesley has been speaking and teaching in the field since starting to play with a pre-release version of Revit.

Speaker ManagerRichard Kuppusamy is a chartered British Architect with more than 15 years of experience in the AEC industry delivering large scale projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia regions. At Lendlease, he is the Regional Digital Integration Manger for Asia; where he leads the implementation of innovation in digital technology and processes through BIM/VDC to improve project outcomes.
As an early adopter of BIM with over 10 years’ experience in BIM implementation and strategic planning Richard brings unique insights to create additional value in successful project delivery. Understanding commercial interests, processes, regulatory requirements and technical mechanics to implement BIM at both organization and project level from design to construction.
Marketing ManagerPhil Lazarus is an American Architect with over 20 years of experience in the design, documentation and construction of large projects around the globe. Immersed in 3d process from the start of his career, he has leveraged the power of BIM on the behalf of architects, engineers, contractors and clients. Involved with Singapore’s largest development projects since 2006, Phil has been leading the charge in establishing BIM and promoting technology based innovation throughout Asia.
Working tirelessly to advance BIM adoption, Phil is a faculty member in the Singapore BCA’s BIM Specialist Diploma Program, building fundamental understanding of the process. Simultaneously, he has founded the “Forum for Advanced Revit Training in Singapore” to assist in developing core modelling skills amongst eager Revit users. He continues to be involved in grassroots support of technological evangelism through regional involvement with The Digital Built Environment Institute.
Phil’s core belief is that experienced knowledgeable people with access to the highest levels of technology & training results in enterprise efficiency and improved project delivery....and that Han shot first.
Associate Committee MemberAlice is an American construction project manager who is committed to advancing the construction industry. She brings practical BIM/VDC experience and construction knowledge from her career with DPR Construction in the United States to Southeast Asia. Alice was part of the DPR team who built the world class, $1.5B USD, 878,000 sq.-ft. ground-up hospital complex, University of California, San Francisco Medical Center at Mission Bay, where the cost of construction was reduced by 20% through VDC methods and a collaborative IPD approach.
With a craving for challenge and a global mindset, Alice relocated to Singapore from the San Francisco Bay Area to help start up DPR Construction, Asia Pacific. She is now studying the different construction industries and markets around Southeast Asia to understand how best to effectively implement value-added Construction Technologies and Advanced Project Management to each unique country. With her deep understanding of how BIM/VDC can be integrated with all facets of a project, from project idealization to building operations, and her passion for pushing the construction industry Ever Forward, she will apply the newest collaborative techniques, innovative technologies, and construction methods to technically-challenging projects in the region.
Partnerships ManagerRexter is the Digital Delivery Manager leading the overall BIM & digital delivery initiative for Atkins Asia Pacific Region. He is an accomplished engineer with an emphasis on applied technology for design and engineering project delivery. Over his 10 years’ experience, he worked on a broad portfolio of building and infrastructure projects while establishing a presence in the community through leadership involvement with BCA and other efforts to advance BIM adoption in Singapore, Hong Kong and other parts of the region. He is actively involved in spreading BIM awareness across the region as primary author and invited speaker in conferences like RTC Asia, Autodesk University, International Congress of Architectural Technology, contributing member of Singapore’s BIM Code of Practice for Civil, Structural and Infrastructure, a Committee Member for BILT Asia and co-Founder of BIM Exchange User Group Singapore.
Rexter is a Member of the Structural Engineering Institute and Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science in BIM Management with First Class Honours. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Engineering with emphasis on the application of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Computing and Big Data Analytics in Construction
Global Director, Partnerships, RTC EventsChris works in AECOM's BIM Consulting Practice as a BIM Advisory Lead for the Southern Australia region. Chris' role is heavily focused on helping clients manage information effectively, whether during design, construction or operations. He's an advocate for the Abolition of Acronyms and Vagaries (AAV) in the pursuit of better communication and effective outcomes in an ever-changing environment. Prior to joining AECOM, Chris operated his own BIM consulting firm, assisting many firms in organisational change efforts, systems analysis and design, training programmes and project delivery. He has worked on projects in Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom, using his experience to develop systems and processes for numerous organisations. Chris desperately hopes to one day cease his involvement in extra-curricular activities... though hopes his BILT commitments aren’t among those.
