ChairmanRandall Stevens is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of software development, sales and management experience. Randall offers a unique combination of expertise in software and graphics technology, coupled with a degree in architecture. Randall founded ArchVision in 1991, a software development firm specializing in 3D graphics and content management technology for the design industry. He successfully led the company in the development of Rich Photorealistic Content (RPC) currently being used by customers in more than 100 countries. Through ArchVision, Randall built relationships with the industry's leading design visualization software companies including Autodesk and Bentley Systems.Randall received his B.Arch. from the University Of Kentucky College Of Architecture and served as an adjunct faculty member at the College of Design at the University of Kentucky from 1991-2007 teaching the use of Autocad, 3ds Max, Sketchup and Revit. He currently teaches entrepreneurship at the University of Kentucky College of Business.
Committee MemberA Sydney-based architect, Wesley is the founder of RTC Events Management and the RTC series. As a longterm user and advocate of BIM, Wesley has been speaking and teaching in the field since starting to play with a pre-release version of Revit.Wesley has worked directly with Autodesk on Revit development and implementation, built content for manufacturers and end-users, and has implemented multiple BIM tools into well over 300 practices throughout South-East Asia. He is a regular speaker at events throughout Australia and overseas talking about technology, Integrated Practice, and facilities management; he founded (and chaired for 5 years) the Revit User Group, Sydney; and teaches design, BIM, and architectural technologies at the University of New South Wales, in Sydney, Australia.
Committee Member Andekan LLCJose Fandos is the founder and CEO of Andekan, a company dedicated to Revit content creation and management. Since 2008, Jose has led Andekan in providing Revit content services to major AEC firms, manufacturers, and software makers. Prior to founding Andekan, Jose worked as a CAD manager in the UK, where he led his firm’s adoption of Revit. He later served as co-founder and CTO of Broutek Ltd., a pioneering start-up in Revit content creation. Jose is considered one of the industry’s most knowledgeable Revit content creators, and is a member of the AEC (UK) BIM Standards Committee and the UK Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Breakout Group on Revit Content Standards. Jose lives and works in London, and can usually be found at meetings of the London Revit User Group.
Committee MemberBased in Aarhus, Denmark, Marcus Fich, is the Global Business Development Manager for pump manufacturer Grundfos’ strategic projects within Building Services. As a serial intrapreneur his mission is to make Grundfos the easiest pump company to work with through digital tools. At RTC 2016, he will share his perspective on the perceived challenges of providing a global BIM offering and how to overcome them. He is member of the BCS committee and is involved in organizations like ASHRAE and Europump. Being exceptionally passionate about all things digital, he has worked with innovation and incubation of new products and business models. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and International Business from Aarhus University’s School of Business and Social Sciences.

Their specialties include all template and library creation and maintenance, addin deployments and customizations, Revit User Experience customizations, all installations and updates, all user training and instructional handout and video creation, and on the fly support for Architectural, Preconstruction, and Construction Project Teams in all phases of AEC Projects. Passionate about BIM, Architecture, and Construction, he's an avid contributor on RevitForum.org and around the world in various Revit Communities and Conferences, where he holds the record for most amount of socks received as gifts.
Committee MemberSilvia Taurer is the founder, owner and director of LivingRoomCraftZ, a consultancy at the forefront of BIM technologies.Evangelising BIM, she inspires LivingRoomCraftZ to maximise and optimize BIM workflow and management practices in content and efficiency.In her role as RTC Region Manager she is a key contributor in planning RTC Europe and is the primary local contact for all RTC activities throughout Europe.Coming from an international background, Silvia speaks fluent German, Dutch and English, conversational level French and basic level Spanish and Japanese.
