David Haynes

Chairman
David is a Registered Architect and Project Management Certified Professional at Ideate, Inc. A graduate of the University of Arizona, he has worked as an Architect, contractor, developer and as the Corporate construction manager for a national retailer. Before joining the team at Ideate, he had his own successful architectural practice and was President of a commercial design–build construction company for 15 years.

David’s role at Ideate is to provide thought leadership insight to AECO companies worldwide. Dealing with the largest of Ideate’s customers to bring business transformational change to the design, build, operate process. Serving on the executive management team at Ideate, David is involved in strategic decision making both internally and externally. David’s recent focus has been on driving the information and data customers are using to make informed business decisions.

David brings many years of experience with data in the AECO industry to the table and in 2015 received a Certificate in Data Visualization from the University of Washington

Chris Needham

Chris works in AECOM's BIM Consulting Practice as a BIM Advisory Lead for the Southern Australia region. Chris' role is heavily focused on helping clients manage information effectively, whether during design, construction or operations. He's an advocate for the Abolition of Acronyms and Vagaries (AAV) in the pursuit of better communication and effective outcomes in an ever-changing environment. Prior to joining AECOM, Chris operated his own BIM consulting firm, assisting many firms in organisational change efforts, systems analysis and design, training programmes and project delivery. He has worked on projects in Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom, using his experience to develop systems and processes for numerous organisations. Chris desperately hopes to one day cease his involvement in extra-curricular activities... though hopes his BILT commitments aren’t among those.

Tammy Adolf

Tammy Adolf is an Associate in in Stantec’s Vancouver office who specializes in Integrated Design Data Management and project processes. She has worked in the AEC industry for 13 years, with a focus on project processes, procedures, and information. Tammy has spent most of her career focused on large P3 and Design-Build Healthcare projects throughout Canada. As part of the corporate Digital Practice Team, Tammy helps oversee data standards and the implementation and use of various tools to aid in project data management and to help project teams leverage BIM.
